Wine & Food Pairing Workshops
A Journey of Taste, Texture & Surprise
Wine and food were made for each other — but the perfect match isn’t always obvious. In these workshops, we’ll explore how pairing wine with food can elevate both, revealing new aromas, textures, and balance. Whether you're a cheese lover, a dessert enthusiast, or just curious, there’s a delicious experience waiting.
Each workshop lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group size and theme. They’re designed for small, intimate groups of 4 to 10 people, perfect for creating a relaxed and interactive atmosphere. They include 4 to 6 carefully selected wines, paired with bites to complement and contrast.
All food and wine is sourced from passionate, local producers — cheese from nearby fromageries, artisanal chocolate, seasonal fruit and more. Everything is fresh, regional, and chosen with care. All materials — glasses, spittoons, tasting sheets, and pairings — are included.
Wine & Cheese
A French classic with a twist. From crisp whites to bold reds and sweet wines, discover how different styles of wine interact with soft, hard, aged, or creamy cheeses. Includes regional specialties and pairing principles you’ll actually use.

Wine & Dessert
Think beyond sweet-on-sweet. We’ll explore pairings like fruit tarts with aromatic whites, salted caramel desserts with oxidative wines, or even red wines with berry-based treats. It’s indulgent, fun, and full of “wow” moments.

Wine & Chocolate
Yes, they do go together! Dive into the art of pairing wine with chocolate, from dark and bitter to smooth and creamy. Think bold reds, rich port-style wines, or even something bubbly for a fresh surprise.

Wine & Charcuterie
Think artisanal cured meats, pâtés, and rillettes paired with bold reds or spicy rosés from the region. A workshop that celebrates the Languedoc's terroir through its wines and traditional charcuterie.
