The Languedoc is vast, vibrant, and full of surprises. From sun-drenched vineyards near the Mediterranean to cooler, windswept terroirs in the foothills of the Cévennes, each glass tells a story of place. This workshop is designed to give you a true taste of the region’s diversity, through carefully curated themes.

Discover an Appellation
Take a deep dive into a specific Languedoc appellation—like Faugères, Pic Saint-Loup, or Minervois—and learn what makes it unique. From soil to microclimate, you'll taste the identity of the terroir in your glass.

Natural & Organic Focus
The Languedoc is home to a vibrant natural wine scene. Discover wines made with minimal intervention, often organic or biodynamic, and bursting with character.
Mediterranean Wines
Explore wines shaped by the Mediterranean sun and sea breeze. Expect expressive reds, herb-scented whites, and maybe a surprise rosé—all bursting with fruit, freshness, and a touch of garrigue.
Same Grape, Different Terroir
How does Grenache, Syrah, or Carignan taste across different landscapes? This theme shows how dramatically a single grape can change depending on where it’s grown.
